Contact Sauna Malang: free survey in Malang and Batu
Send your location, photos of the room or terrace, and a photo of the PLN meter. We reply within 1–2 working hours and book a free survey, often the same week for addresses inside Kota Malang.

We work through WhatsApp so that photographs, dimensions and the address stay in one conversation that both sides can scroll back through. The workshop is in Lowokwaru, Kota Malang, and free surveys reach Klojen, Blimbing, Sukun, Kedungkandang, Araya, Dau, Karangploso, Singosari, Lawang, Pakis and Kepanjen, along with Batu up to Bumiaji and Pujon.
Hours are Monday to Saturday, 08:00–20:00 WIB; messages sent on Sunday are answered first thing Monday. Batu and Lawang surveys are grouped onto set weekdays, so ask early in the week if the timing matters to you.
Before writing, it is worth looking at the price tables for the indicative bands and the service area pages for notes on typical meter capacity and road access in your district. English and Indonesian are both fine.
What happens after you write to us
We answer on WhatsApp within 1–2 working hours and ring the same day to go through the room.
From your photos and the meter we give an indicative range before travelling out.
We measure on site — Kota Malang within days, Batu and Lawang on grouped weekdays.
A drawing of the cabin in place arrives with a line-by-line quote and firm dates.
Fifty per cent to start; panels are cut in Lowokwaru and the balance falls due before installation.
First firing together: we watch the climb and the airflow, then the two-year warranty changes hands.
