Contact Sauna Malang: free survey in Malang and Batu
Send over your location, a few photos of the room or terrace, and one of the PLN meter. Expect a reply within 1–2 working hours and, for most Kota Malang addresses, a free survey the same week.

Everything runs through WhatsApp, so photos, measurements and the address stay in a single thread either side can scroll back through later. The workshop sits in Lowokwaru, Kota Malang, and free surveys cover Klojen, Blimbing, Sukun, Kedungkandang, Araya, Dau, Karangploso, Singosari, Lawang, Pakis and Kepanjen, plus Batu as far as Bumiaji and Pujon.
We are open Monday to Saturday, 08:00–20:00 WIB; a Sunday message gets answered first thing Monday. Batu and Lawang visits are grouped onto set weekdays, so flag it early in the week if timing is tight.
It is worth a look at the price tables for the indicative bands, and the service area pages for what typical meter capacity and road access look like in your district, before you write in. English and Indonesian both work fine.
What to expect once you write in
Expect a WhatsApp reply within 1–2 working hours, then a call the same day to talk through the room.
Your photos plus the meter reading are usually enough for an indicative range before anyone drives out.
We come and measure in person — inside days for Kota Malang, on a fixed weekday for Batu and Lawang.
You get a visual of the cabin sitting in your own room, alongside a line-by-line quote and firm dates.
Half down gets fabrication moving in Lowokwaru; the rest is due before we install.
We run the first heat-up together, checking the climb and the airflow, before the two-year warranty is yours.
