Who we are and what we actually build

We are a small workshop team rather than a sales office with subcontractors. The people who cut the panels in Lowokwaru are the people who assemble them at your address, which is why the survey, the drawing and the finished cabin agree with one another. Being a sauna builder Malang clients can visit before ordering matters more to us than covering the whole of East Java badly.

Six things leave the workshop: dry cabins, glass and outdoor cabins, prefab units, infrared cabins, steam rooms and cold plunge tubs. How we work on site

Free survey first, always, anywhere from Klojen to Pujon. Then a visualisation, then a line-by-line quote with dates. Fifty per cent to start, the balance before installation, and a heat test with you at the end rather than a handshake at the gate. We prefer WhatsApp for everything because photographs, measurements and addresses then live in one thread that both sides can scroll back through.

We also decline work. A cabin without a vapour barrier is a cabin paid for twice, so we will not quote one whatever the budget allows. Unroofed cabins do not go on Batu terraces. Heaters we cannot get parts for do not go in at all. And if a wet room is being requested where a timber cabin would serve better, that gets said out loud on the survey visit.

What happens after handover

You get the structure warranted for two years and the manufacturer's 1–2 years on the heater, along with written care notes and a five-minute routine for whoever cleans the room. For guesthouses and clubs that routine is written for staff turnover, not for an owner who already knows the cabin.

Afterwards we service what we built and, often enough, what others built: re-cladding, adding the ventilation gap somebody skipped, replacing a tired heater, re-tanking a leaking wet room.
